• Ordering the wrong item or quantity
• Delayed shipment due to carrier issues
• Opened or used products
• Fragrance preference dissatisfaction

Damaged or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at lazysage37@gmail.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will review on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
